Election Day resources

October 30, 2020

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3. The FEC administers the federal campaign finance laws, and has no jurisdiction over the laws that relate to voting, voter fraud and intimidation, ballot access or election results. But the Commission does tend to receive questions about these topics around Election Day. Voters interested in more information about these issues can visit the Commission’s Election Day Information webpage, which can help them access the relevant federal or state agencies.
