April quarterly report due

April 13, 2020

Quarterly filers have a report due Wednesday, April 15, covering activity from the close of books of their last report through March 31. Staff in the Reports Analysis Division and Electronic Filing Office will be available until 8:00 p.m. ET on April 15 to answer questions regarding the content and filing of reports. To reach RAD, call 1-800-424-9530 (press 5) or 202-694-1130. For help with technical issues relating to electronic filing, dial the same toll-free number and press 4. The E-Filing Office can also be reached locally at 202-694-1307. For additional reporting information for all types of filers, consult our Dates and Deadlines webpage.

As detailed in the FEC Operations notice on our website, the Commission does not have statutory authority to extend filing deadlines, but it may choose not to pursue administrative fines against filers prevented from filing by reasonably unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. See 11 CFR 111.35.
