Registration is now open for the FEC’s webinar on pre-election communications to be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm (ET). 

The webinar will cover the rules and reporting requirements for electioneering communications, independent expenditures and coordinated communications. The presentation will also highlight recent court decisions, advisory opinions and rulemakings related to these types of communications.
