Be sure to stand by your TV and radio ads

As we enter the last months of the election cycle, many political committees and other entities will run last-minute radio and television ads to reach potential voters. Many of those ads will need disclaimers that, among other things, identify who paid for the message and indicate whether the ad was authorized by a candidate.
