FEC to host Feb. 27-28 Candidate Committee Webinar

The FEC will conduct two days of training for candidates and their campaign committees in February. If you’re newer to campaign finance regulations, you may choose to attend the Basics for Beginners session on Tuesday, February 27 (from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Eastern Time). The webinar continues on Wednesday, February 28 with two Candidate Committee Operations workshops (from 1:00-4:15 p.m. Eastern Time). Those with more experience may choose to register only for the Candidate Committee Operations workshops on Wednesday afternoon. During this live, interactive webinar, FEC staff will delve into the federal campaign finance rules relevant to candidate committees, and discuss raising contributions, joint fundraising, use of campaign funds, means of candidate support, reporting scenarios and more.
