Commission extends comment period through March 4 for two pending rulemakings

The Federal Election Commission has extended the comment deadline through March 4, 2019 on two pending rulemakings:

  • REG 2018-03 (Definition of contribution). See 84 Fed. Reg. 2070 (February 6, 2019); and
  • REG 2016-01 (Procedures for public comment on draft advisory opinions). See 84 Fed. Reg. 2071 (February 6, 2019).
