Litigation involving the FEC

The Commission maintains an archive of court cases, listed alphabetically by non-FEC litigant. Each case is linked to a summary and, in some instances, court opinions and additional documents pertaining to the case are available.

The Commission also makes available FEC litigation cases. Each case has a dedicated page including a case summary, as well as links to court opinions and related documents.
